Based in the United States, but with a global outreach, Naija Worldwide Charities is managed by a strong and dedicated team who possess unique talents and a shared sense of responsibility for the success of a shared vision. One of the secrets to NWC’s great success is that many of our members have a strong sense of service to humanity and are passionate about working towards set goals to achieve this aim.

  Esther Ejim, Founder and Executive Director

Esther Ejim is a compassionate, dedicated and visionary leader, who is committed to the well-being of people. The heartbeat of her life mission as a humanitarian is the genuine love and concern she has for humanity. As the Founder and Executive Director of Naija Worldwide Charities, she has created a worldwide platform to actively encourage and promote peace throughout Africa.

Dr. Aaron Adade, Chairman of the Board  

 Aaron Adade currently works as a Statistician for the US Department of the Treasury and an Adjunct Professor at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland where he teaches chemistry. 

Hermella Johnson, Secretary to the Board of Directors
Hermella Johnson is a compassionate servant, who has a heart for people and their needs. She is naturally curious about different cultures and ideologies. Hermella is a world traveler with a global footprint across Europe, West Africa, the Caribbean, Asia and Mexico. 

Larry Smith, Fundraising Development Officer

 Larry Smith is a gifted creative artist who is passionate about serving the needs of others. He graduated from Western Carolina University with B.A. in Fine Arts and served in the US military during the Vietnam conflict. 

Dr. Uchenna R.Nwaneri, Board Member

Uchenna R.Nwaneri is an Orthopaedic Surgeon in practice in Maryland. He is the Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at Prince George’s Hospital, Cheverly, Maryland.
Previously, he served on the Medical Advisory Board for Prince George’s County, and as a member of the Executive committee for the Prince George’s County Medical Society.

Founded in 2007, Naija Worldwide Charity (NWC) is a US-based nonprofit organization established to address the problem of inadequate educational materials in different parts of the globe, Africa at large, and Nigeria in particular. NWC is also dedicated to serving the infirm, under-privileged, under-represented and the distressed by providing humanitarian assistance, health awareness, as well as promoting health and social welfare.

Our community outreach programs and youth initiatives are designed to help those in need irrespective of race, color, religion or beliefs or gender.
